DB Orthodontics Limited is committed to providing high-quality orthodontic and dental supplies, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any items back to us.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging and include a copy of your invoice clearly marked with the RMA number.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send the package via a tracked courier service to our distribution center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our quality control team will inspect the goods and process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
